The new academy will see goalkeepers recently realised from football clubs getting specialist coaching from Eric and his coaching staff, the players will get one-to-one time on the pitch and the classroom in order to help them improve their ability and boost their confidence.
The players will then be helped by The Football Group to find new clubs and get back into the professional game.
